Grandfather Risks His Healthy Lives, Carries 30 kg of Beef Thigh on His Back on a 45° Cliff

A real mountain village story where a grandfather risks his life carrying 30 kg of beef on a 45° cliff, cooks meat in lamb tail fat, and stores it underground to survive the winter. Sim Village Cooking is a real-life cooking project from a mountain village. Here we cook with firewood, build our own tandoors and clay ovens, and use ingredients we grow ourselves. There is no electricity or gas — just fire, hands, and family. This is not a show or a staged video — this is how we really live. If you support our journey, like and subscribe. All summer we prepared for winter. We made jams, compotes, preserves, pickles, and traditional foods. Little by little, we sold them in the village and saved money. With that money, we bought 25 kg of whole beef thigh and 7 kg of lamb tail fat. The meat was cut and fried using an ancient Azerbaijani village method. Everything was cooked in melted lamb fat and sealed in a clay jar. The jar was buried underground to be stored for the winter. During snow and freezing days, we take this meat from the ground. Sometimes we cook soups and stews. Sometimes we eat it frozen, without reheating. Especially with fresh bread from the tandoor. You will see how we use this meat in future videos.
